Family getaway with great service

The staff are warm and cute they made everything feel seamless during our stay. Highlight was definitely Ejaz from in-room dining he was super patient and served with a smile even when we had a million requests.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth the price for all the comfort.

AC was either freezing or too hot, and the pool was dirty.

The rooftop infinity pool offered a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, while the puppet show kept my kids entertained, creating lasting memories for our family.

I had an incredible stay at Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra. The view from my room was simply stunning, and the premium bedding felt like a dream. The breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start my day, offering a variety of quality options. The hotel's modern facilities, along with the en suite bathroom and tea/coffee-making facilities, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Check-in took a little time.

The staff, including Mr Ankur, Mr Rishi, and Mr Hemant, went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was exceptionally comfortable. This property blends elegance with warmth, making every moment worthwhile.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a persistent mold smell that affected our entire stay. Despite informing the management, they seemed dismissive and didn’t offer a satisfactory solution to the issue. Additionally, while I appreciated the attempt at hospitality, the aggressive push for reviews from the staff felt overwhelming and detracted from the overall experience.

I appreciated the spacious layout of the Superior King Room, featuring quality bedding that ensured restful nights. The attentive staff really stood out, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The panoramic view of the Taj Mahal from the hotel was a breathtaking sight that added a special touch to our experience. The fitness center equipped us well for workout routines.

However, the check-in process took longer than expected.

The newly refurbished room was impressive, featuring a spacious shower with multiple head settings that enhanced my comfort. The breakfast buffet delighted with an extensive variety of options, especially the refreshing fresh fruit juices. However, minor inconveniences included some rooms still under renovation, which affected the overall ambiance, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, creating temperature challenges during my stay.

Comfortable beds, and housekeeping staff were helpful. Food was bland.
